Acceptable art formats: We ONLY accept true VECTOR files Adobe AI Format or Adobe PSD Format (350 dpi), no JPEG files that have been converted to EPS Vector files will be accepted. If unacceptable art files are sent, it WILL create production delays. Please submit art via our website art upload utility.

Art charges: $85(g) per hour, billed at one hour minimum.

Cancellation of orders: Cancellation only accepted if production has not started. If production has started, all expenses incurred will be billed at 150% or original invoice value. No refunds on custom orders.

Custom orders: Please contact the factory for custom options and pricing.

Digital proofs: Digital proof sent by email. Artwork will be sized as large as possible at our designer’s discretion for visual appeal unless otherwise specified.

Drop shipments: $5(g) for each location after the first shipment for domestic shipping. Please call for International Rates.

Less than minimum charges: $250(x), absolute minimum 100 pieces.

Orders: All orders must be submitted by fax or email. Please use our website to confirm current pricing. Any changes or modifications to orders must be submitted in writing, and may cause production delay. An order cannot be processed until digital proof is approved and 50% deposit is submitted.

Overruns: Upon request, working samples will be sent at cost of item plus freight and must be requested on your PO.

Packaging: Most Flash By Design™ products are individually gift boxed. Custom packaging is available; please contact the factory for a quote.

PMS color match: (Pantone Matching System) – Please specify PMS Colors. We will do our best to match the color as close as possible. Please allow extra time for pre production proofs.

Preload: We will need to know if preloads are going to be used on both PCs and Macs. Please note: Mac preloads may take additional production time.
The autorun feature is not available for Macs.

Preproduction samples: Upon request, one non-working preproduction sample is included at no charge with your order.  If a working sample is required it will be billed out at the cost of 1 piece. Changes in preproduction proofs will incur a new set-up charge of $150(g), per side. For flash drives, $175(g) packaging and accessories.

Pricing: Prices must be confirmed using the Flash By Design™ website. All pricing includes imprint, window gift box and key ring cord.  Neck lanyard is available upon request. Please view the specific item on the Flash By Design™ website for imprinting options.

Production time: 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval for quantities under 1,000 pieces. Please contact factory for current delivery schedule.

Random samples: Non-working case samples are no charge, from available stock. Please provide your UPS or FedEx number.

Returns:  If the client claims that there are defective items, PTI will need to receive a sample of that item for testing. If the item is in fact deemed defective, PTI will replace the defective item. If found defective within 2 weeks after the order was received by the customer, PTI will pay for shipping both from the customer to PTI and back from PTI to the customer. If the claim is made after 2 weeks from receipt, PTI will pay for shipping one way only. Please note that all our items are thoroughly inspected. This order is non ‘RETURNABLE’. No returns allowed. Exchange made for defective merchandise only.

Set-up charges: One set-up charge is included for the same logo on both sides. Second logo set-up $150(g). 

Shipping: F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA  90302

Terms: 50% deposit due with order, and remaining balance due prior to final delivery FOB Los Angeles.  50% deposit is required with purchase order to hold memory pricing and production schedule. As soon as we receive your deposit, artwork, and this invoice signed, your job will go into production.  Upon receiving art, within 24 hrs you will receive a digital proof. This must be approved as well. Delays on us receiving these items may cause delay on delivery of your order. *Prices already include a 3% cash/check discount. For credit card payment, please add 3% of the total order to your payment amount*. All Orders and Prices Are FOB Los Angeles, CA 90302, Unless Stated Otherwise.

Trademark notice: Imprinted artwork of logos and widget design are shown to illustrate our decorating and design capabilities only and do not represent an endorsement of the manufacturer or their products. We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and display unless otherwise specified at the time of order. By submitting an order to Flash By Design™, customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby agrees to defend and hold Flash By Design™ and its affiliated companies harmless from all claims.

Warranty: We guarantee 100% working products and offer a lifetime replacement of defective parts. All returns MUST be approved and authorized by Flash By Design™. Factory must be contacted within 15 business days of receipt of order. Warranty does not include shipping charges.
